[you know you love me, oxox- gossip girl]
During my sophomore year at Gallaudet, I remember I read some Gossip Girl series. I remember how quick I become hooked in reading those books because Gossip Girl definitely was a guilt pleasure. It felt like I sat on the comfortable couch and ate a bowlful of ice cream with a hot fudge syrup over it. Gossip Girl is about high students who are filthy rich and going to the boarding school in New York City. I always dream living in New York City and becoming an artist, living in a large studio in where I can draw and paint any picture. What’s more, my best friend, Milana, a New York City chick invited me to stay with her at her place during Thanksgiving break. That’s how I fell in love with the beauty of sparking city in my own eyes. Lately, I have been watching and loving with the tv show, Gossip Girl. I am nearly done with the first season of Gossip Girl. I am thinking about buying a set of first season DVD. I admit I enjoy the show much more than One Tree Hill. But I still love OTH because of Peyton Sawyer, a character that I really could relate to her in many ways.
I think Dan Humphrey is hot even although he may be geeky. I secretly dig some geeky guys. *laughs* Nate Archibald is a beautiful boy but he isn’t smart and witty enough to be like Dan. Oh my, I feel I am being a 13 year old girl, talking about boys. Hehe.
Not only for my guilt pleasure, Gossip Girl made me thinking about the morality of friendship. I admire Serena for being loyal to her best friend, Blair. I love when Serena isn't afraid to make some mistakes and her honesty. I admire Blair for her sensitivity. It made me to appreciate my own circle of girlfriends when it comes to guys. They are like a box of recycle, come and go, you know. For now, spending more time with my girlfriends is kind of my priority right now.
Gossip Girl rocks my socks!!!
